Our range of equipment, coupled with one of the most experienced production teams in the country form the nucleus of what we believe to be a great option to consider for seamless production supply. On site we have:

  • Graphic Design Team
  • Digital Printing Division
  • Offset Press Room
  • Bindery
  • Warehouse
  • Distribution Department
  • Comprehensive Signage Division

Our experience always ensures that specification, production excellence and delivery timeframes are met across all projects. Multiple presses of similar specification also offer an excellent contingency if in the rare occurrence one of our presses were to fail while on task. We have over 90 staff and we currently operate 24 hours 6 days a week with shifts allocated to produce work for our contracted clients.

We have carefully determined which equipment will make us a more attractive proposition to clients and prospects alike and our investment in such products as ‘Smart box’, Chili Publisher and HP Indigo presses presents distinct advantages by shortening processing times and in turn allowing for even swifter production times on jobs. These types of technologies allow us to output more completed work within our current operating hours.

Expense Reduction Analysis

Over the past 20 years we have worked, on behalf of many clients, with IPG. Our clients have chosen IPG as their supplier because they tick the four must have boxes. Quality, service, on time delivery and competitive pricing. By choosing IPG our clients have found that all areas of their print supply have improved, including a reduction in their previous costs.

Over these many years IPG has continued to invest in technology to stay at the forefront of the rapidly changing communication industry. One thing that has not changed though, is their passion for what they do, the care and attention they give to their clients and their ‘can do’ attitude.

IPG has selected industry based environmental management accreditation for its journey of sustainability as it has proven to be far more relevant to our own environmental goals. We are a proud member of the PVCA and currently hold the highest level of Sustainable Green Print Certification – Level 3.

Other ways we assist in our environmental footprint:

  • IPG uses both Direct Imaging and Computer to Plate technology. We have totally eliminated the need for film development and in turn significantly reduced our use of chemicals and in turn our environmental footprint.
  • Unless otherwise requested IPG will always send soft copy proofs through for Client sign off for repeat orders. We do recommend hard copy proofs for first time print jobs however we can confirm that these are produced on direct imaging equipment to minimise environmental impact.
  • IPG uses direct imaging across our digital division.
  • IPG recommend FSC grade papers such as Monza Recycled and Tudor RP recycled. Other FSC grade papers are available for purchase at request.
  • We send all chemicals to our contracted chemical treatment plant, which treats and separates all the chemicals. This eliminates the contamination of surrounding soil and waterways.
  • Our recycled stocks contain virgin fibres and our Precision Offset and Tudor RP lines kept in stock are Australian made. Australian Paper sources fibrous raw material for manufacture from suppliers who practice sustainable management of forests in line with strict international standards. All merchants store paper from mills operates under ISO 14001 or FSC accredited environmental systems.
  • All new equipment is purchased only after taking into consideration energy ratings and environmental impacts. Energy and water saving practices are a normal part of our daily routine and responsibility.
  • We minimize the amount of waste sent to landfill by separating it at source and taking full advantage of services offered by specialist collection and recycling services.
  • We promote the use of recycled and environmentally friendly paper including those that carry the Forest Stewardship Council trademark. When despatching goods, our packaging takes full advantage of recycled materials, and we encourage recycling packaging materials like cartons for dispatch wherever possible.
